MARKETING: Creating a strategy for marketing the business, including determining the most effective and confidential manner in which to contact appropriate prospective buyers.
SCREENING: Assisting and advising the owner in the evaluation of all prospective buyers.
DEAL STRUCTURING: Providing professional input in planning, structuring and negotiating the sale of business. This will include participation in the following:
- Offers to Purchase
- Due diligence process
- Transfer of Lease
- Assisting with governmental inspections
- Removal of offer contingencies
- Opening escrow
- ABC transfer
ESCROW CLOSING: Assisting in preparation and review of escrow and contract closing documents.
